Healthy Nutrition

Making the simple choice to swap sugary, high calorie food and snacks
for low calorie, low sugar alternatives
is the easiest way for us to greatly improve our day to day health.
Get good at checking food labels for ADDED SUGAR, as manufacturers are very clever
at labelling ss a Health food,
when it is actually full of sugar !

Drink plenty of water !
Prioritize keeping yourself hydrated throughout the day.
Aim to drink water before you feel thirsty, as thirst is a sign of dehydration.
Most sports/school halls don't allow you take fizzy drinks indoors but do allow you to take water.

Keep hydrated
